1. Type of products

2. No returns or refunds accepted.
Since our products are digital, custom-made, and cannot be returnedWe do not issue refunds once the final file has been delivered, except in the cases detailed below.
This is because, as it is downloadable and personalized content, the customer has already received the complete and functional product, and its return is not technically possible.
3. Corrections for technical or delivery errors
We are committed to delivering the agreed product in optimal condition. If the delivered file has any of the following problems, the customer may request a corrección sin costo adicional:

We include a round of basic adjustments in the initial price of the order. Structural changes, new ideas, or complete redesigns will incur an additional cost, which will be quoted to the customer in advance.
5. When are adjustments not accepted?
Free corrections or modifications will not be accepted in the following cases:
If the customer changes their original idea after the product has been delivered
If the design was previously approved at the sketch or test stage
If a style different from the one initially agreed upon is requested
If more than 5 business days have passed since the final delivery without contact
